Product Bullet Point :
The primary material is high-strength 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, carefully selected to withstand outdoor conditions. Premium, high-strength aluminum alloy is used as the main material, particularly for the curved arms, which are made from 5.0mm aerospace-grade aluminum. This ensures greater load-bearing capacity and stability for extensions up to five meters, guaranteeing long-lasting quality and durability of the product.
The standard fabric primarily uses polyester sunshade material. Based on the product's characteristics, we have selected imported German fabric(Swela) made from modified polyester. It features a nano-coating on the surface, offering excellent tear resistance, effective sunshade and UV protection, and a high colorfastness that ensures no fading for up to 10 years.
To measure for a folding arm awning installation, follow these steps:
Width:
Measure the Width of the Area to Cover: Measure the full width of the space where you want the awning to extend across. This measurement is taken from one side of the area to the other.
Check Clearance Space: Ensure there is enough space for the mounting brackets on each side of the awning.
Projection (Length of Extension):
Determine the Desired Projection: This is the distance the awning will extend from the wall. Measure from the wall or mounting surface out to the point where you want the awning to stop. Most folding arm awnings come with set projection options, so choose a size that suits your space.
Consider Sun and Shade Needs: Take into account the sun's direction and the amount of shade coverage you desire when deciding on the projection length.
Height:
Measure Mounting Height: Measure from the ground up to where you’ll mount the awning. The minimum mounting height is usually recommended by the manufacturer. Ensure there’s enough height for the awning to extend fully without obstruction.
