To measure for window blinds, follow these steps:
Inside Mount (Blinds installed inside the window frame):
Width: Measure the width of the window in three places: top, middle, and bottom. Use the narrowest measurement to ensure a proper fit within the frame.
Length (Drop): Measure the height of the window from the top of the frame to the windowsill in three spots: left, center, and right. Use the longest measurement for the blind length.
Outside Mount (Blinds installed outside the window frame):
Width: Measure the width of the area you want the blinds to cover, extending past the window frame by a few centimeters on each side for better light control and privacy.
Length (Drop): Measure from the top of where you want the blind to start (above the frame) down to where you want it to end, usually just below the windowsill or to the floor.
